Our classes last for one hour and are filled with full-body cardio, conditioning, and strength endurance. As we’ve pointed out, a boxing workout brings so much variety to the table as we will be going over flexibility, footwork, defense, technique, and high intensity interval training (HIIT) on the bag.
HIIT consists of short bursts of energetic exercise, followed by active recovery periods. It’s a great way to build muscle and lose weight, while also boosting to your metabolism.
